How do I order a new card?

To order a card navigate to “Banking”, then choose Card Order, then choose the person who you wish to order the card for. The FV Bank operations team will process the order and charge the one-time fee and provide you with a tracking number for your card delivery. Cards are shipped to the registered address of the account. It will take approximately 8 - 10 business days for the card to be delivered. Cards ordered in the first week of this program may have additional delays.
