Is there a cost for a prepaid card for my business account?

Business accounts can have up to 3 cards which are included with the existing monthly account fee. Additional cards are sold in groups of 3 for an additional $45 per month. Only one card can be ordered per authorized user. 

There is a one-time charge of $50.00 per card to cover shipping and handling charges for each card ordered. The cards have a three-year validity period.
