Is there a cost for a prepaid card for my individual account?

When an individual user requests to add a prepaid card, the Individual account will upgrade from being a free account to having a $10 monthly fee. There is a one-time charge of $50.00 per card to cover shipping and handling charges for each card ordered. The cards have a three-year validity period.
